Affordability & Scholarship Model
Mosaic Shalom Academy is intentionally designed to be accessible to families across a wide range of incomes. Low-income students pay just $120 per month over 10 months ($1,200 per year).Higher-income families pay $6,500 per year.
This model is made possible by our commitment to investing approximately $20,000 per pupil in annual expenditures, meaning that every student receives a substantial subsidy — $13,500 or more annually. Taken together, this represents a substantial, mission-driven investment in equity that both encourages students to enroll in Mosaic Shalom Academy and intentionally rewards families and students for their commitment to being part of a school community dedicated to meaningful change, ensuring that financial circumstance is never a barrier to enrollment or full participation in the life of the school.

Recruitment Strategies
Community Outreach
We will host information sessions at synagogues, mosques, churches, public libraries, and community-based organizations, as well as table at local events to connect directly with families across our diverse community.
Marketing & Media
We will leverage social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, and seek local media coverage to highlight the development of the school and share our mission with the wider community.
Parent Ambassador Program
We will create a parent ambassador program with incentives to support recruitment, empowering engaged families to share their experiences and help build our founding community.
Accessibility & Inclusion
To reach all families, we will ensure that materials and sessions are multilingual and that we clearly communicate the school's affordability and commitment to making quality education accessible to everyone.
